Photographic images remain the sole property of Image and Diversity Photography, and all associated copyrights are retained by us. Personal reproduction rights allow clients to copy and use these images for personal purposes only. However, they do not extend to using the images for any corporate marketing, advertising, publicity, or online content.

For commissioned images, corporate reproduction rights may be provided. This allows the client to use the photographs in marketing, promotional materials, or other business purposes when explicitly agreed upon.

 

Data Protection

Your privacy is extremely important to us. At Image and Diversity, all personal data is processed in compliance with current data protection laws. We do not sell, distribute, or share your personal details with third parties unless legally required.

We may use the information you provide, such as via site registrations or surveys, to deliver updates about our services, special offers, or other relevant promotional materials. Changes to how we use your data will be communicated on our website, where you can review updates and opt-out of any new uses.

If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can update your preferences or use the opt-out options included in our communications.

 

Booking Fee

Your booking fee secures the date and services of the assigned photographer and is not refundable or transferable if you cancel. If your wedding is cancelled within three months of the booked date, the full payment will still be required. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

If the booking is postponed, your deposit will be retained, provided the photographer can accommodate the rescheduled date and time.

 

Payments

Following the booking fee payment, the remaining balance must be cleared as outlined in your agreement. Full delivery of photographs or digital files is contingent upon the receipt of all payments. Payments for any additional products or services are due at the time of order.

 

Retouching and Editing

Our standard packages include basic editing of your images. If you require advanced retouching, digital manipulation, or artistic finishing, these can be provided as optional extras for an additional charge.

 

Display of Images

We reserve the right to showcase images captured at your wedding for promotional and marketing purposes. These images may be displayed on our website, social media accounts, portfolios, in advertising materials, exhibitions, competitions, or slideshows.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel, written notice must be provided. All monies paid, including the booking fee, are non-refundable. For cancellations made within three months of the scheduled date, the remaining balance must also be paid in full.

 

Prices

All listed prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

 

Digital Files

Ownership and copyright of all digital files remain with Image and Diversity Photography.

 

Complaints

Any concerns or complaints about our service or images should be submitted in writing within 21 days of receiving the photographs. Should the issue remain unresolved, mediation may be sought through a professional association or relevant body. Their decision will be considered final and binding on all parties.
