  • What style of photography do you specialise in?
    We specialise in a blend of documentary, traditional, and contemporary styles, ensuring that your wedding memories are captured beautifully in a timeless manner.
  • How many photographers will be present on our wedding day?
    Typically, we have a one photographer to ensure that every special moment is captured. We can however provide two photographers if needed, this will enable you to have photos from multiple angles and locations e.g Bride and Groom morning preparation.
  • Can we customise our photography package?
    Absolutely! We understand that every wedding is unique, and we offer customisable packages to suit your specific needs and budget. Whether you need additional hours of coverage, engagement sessions, or albums, we can tailor a package just for you.
  • Do you offer destination wedding services?
    Yes, we love to travel! Our team is available to capture your special day no matter where it takes place. From intimate beach weddings to grand destination celebrations, we are ready to be a part of your adventure.
  • How far in advance should we book your services?
    We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding seasons. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, so feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Do you provide videography services as well?
    While our main focus is on photography, we have partnerships with talented videographers whom we can recommend to capture your wedding day on film. We can even coordinate with them to ensure a seamless experience for you.
  • Do you edit all of the images?
    Absolutely, each of our top images undergoes individual editing to ensure quality and consistency. Our professional photo editing team are dedicated to this task. Once the images are edited, the photos are reviewed and if needed, adjusted.
  • Do you offer wedding albums?
    Absolutely, they are the perfect way to preserve your memories. We offer a range of stunning custom wedding albums. We handle the design and compilation, and then have them printed and delivered straight to you. To see a preview of the fine art wedding albums, please request it during our consultation call.
  • What is your turnaround time for delivering the final photos?
    We understand that you're eager to relive your special day, so we strive to deliver your edited photos within 1-4 months after your wedding. However, this timeline may vary depending on the season and the complexity of the editing required.
  • How do you handle inclement weather on the wedding day?
    We always have a backup plan in place for unexpected weather conditions. Whether it's rain or shine, we'll work with you to find alternative locations for photoshoots and ensure that your day goes as smoothly as possible.
  • What is your deposits, cancellation and refund policy?
    A non-refundable 30% deposit secures your date in our diary, along with an electronically signed contract. The rest of the balance is due six weeks before the wedding date. Please refer to your contract for specific details, and feel free to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, absolutely. Without a doubt! We can assure you that we have comprehensive insurance coverage, including public liability, products liability, professional indemnity, material damage, and equipment insurance. We am fully insured for any eventuality, both in the UK and internationally. Certificate of insurance upon request.
  • How do we book?
    If you would like to proceed or speak to us directly about our process, please fill out the contact form on our "Contact Us" page or schedule a consultation call. During the call, we will explain our packages and discuss options in detail. Once you're satisfied, we will send you a contract to sign. A deposit payment will be required to confirm the booking. We will keep you informed through our mailing list, updating you as the months turn into weeks into days into hours... Communication is our strength!
