Image and Diversity Event Photography Agency - Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By engaging the services of Image and Diversity Event Photography Agency ("the Company"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed upon price is required to secure the services of the Company for your event.

2.2 The remaining 50% of the total agreed upon price is due upon delivery of the event photos. The delivery date will be communicated to the Client by the Company.

2.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer or an agreed-upon electronic payment method.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 The 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.2 If the Client wishes to cancel the event photography services, they must provide written notice to the Company at least 30 days before the scheduled event. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the Client being responsible for the full agreed upon price.

3.3 In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as the Company's inability to provide services due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies, a full refund of any amounts paid will be provided to the Client.

4. Event Details

4.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete details regarding the event, including date, time, and location. Any changes to these details must be communicated to the Company at least 14 days before the scheduled event.

4.2 The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete event details provided by the Client.

5. Photography Services

5.1 The Company will provide professional event photography services as agreed upon in the booking contract.

5.2 The Company retains the copyright to all images captured during the event. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or promotional purposes.

6. Image Delivery

6.1 The event photos will be delivered to the Client within a reasonable timeframe, as agreed upon in the booking contract.

6.2 The Client will receive the images in a digital format. Additional charges may apply if the Client requests physical prints or other delivery methods.

7. Liability

7.1 The Company will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.

7.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring that appropriate permissions and releases are obtained for any individuals or locations featured in the event photos.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By engaging the services of Image and Diversity Event Photography Agency, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
